Chair Massage
Wednesdays, 12:30pm-2:00pm
Chair Massage is now available. Relax and let your stress go with a magnificent massage. Sign up now at the upstairs reception for 15 minutes sessions. Members $5 / Non Members $7

Counseling
Individual, couple, and family counseling and problem-solving is available for seniors, their family and friends, and caregivers with our Social Worker, Scott Theisen. Please call Scott Theisen (206) 268-6761 to make an appointment.

Enhance Wellness
Enhance wellness is a proven wellness program especially designed for older adults who want healthier lives. You, the participant, develop a plan with our Social Worker Scott Theisen, to wok on areas of your life that are important to you. call Scott Theisen (206) 268-6761 to get started.   

Dental Hygiene
Selected Fridays - Call the Center at 206-297-0403 to apply.
Our Dental Hygiene program offers low-cost preventative dental cleanings, periodontal therapy (deep cleaning), fluoride treatment, and free oral cancer screenings. All of this, right here at the center. For futher information and to make an appointment call 206-297-0403.

Foot Care
Every Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Our Foot Care Specialist will take care of your feet. It’s a treat and your feet will thank you. By appointment only, please call the center for further information.

Bastyr Clinic
Fridays, 9:00am- 12:00pm FREE
Bastyr Natural Health Care Clinic doctor and student clinicians, are available free of charge. They have a variety of approaches that blend the best of modern medical science and traditional natural medicine to improve your health. 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of the month 11:00AM – 1:00PM
Our nurse will do blood pressure checks, wellness checks, insulin testing, and answer your questions.
