New Lunch Ticket Heads Up #2
We are having some issues with our daily lunch procedures. Because of this, we have started a new ticket procedure. Currently too many participants bypass the sign-in procedure, so we are not getting reimbursed for all the meals we serve. With food prices on the increase, it is vital that we get reimbursed for each meal we serve.
The new process is: When you come in, you will be asked if you want lunch. If yes, you will be asked to initial next to your name if you are a frequent guest. If you are not a frequent participant, you will be asked to sign a different sheet. The donation process remains the same. You will receive a ticket; place this ticket at your place on the table when you go in for lunch. You must be seated and have a ticket to receive a meal. No ticket, or lost ticket, you will be asked to go back to the reception area for a new ticket and check the sign in. Please do not go to the kitchen counter as this impedes service. We expect some glitches and appreciate your comments and help as we get this new process up and running efficiently. Thank you.
