Neighbor Ties Program
Do you want to help an isolated or lonely senior? Maybe they are recovering from a surgery and only need a visit or two. Maybe they have been isolated a long time. Are you a person that would benefit from a visit, at least two times a month, from two volunteers? Maybe you will have a cup of tea and conversation, or play a board game, or take a drive to see the sights? Training is always provided for those that visit. This is a unique and meaningful opportunity to provide friendship and assistance. To learn more about being a visitor or if you want to be visited, contact our Social Worker Jeanese or Center Director Carlye.
