The Center is available for rentals. If you, family, friends, businesses, or community partners need a space to rent please contact us to make arrangements. We have rooms of all sizes for various needs at an economical price.
The Center is a great space for small business meetings. And is a perfect venue for an intimate Wedding right here in Ballard. Even use a restaurant close by to cater. We also have a professional chef's kitchen available. And you don't have to wait a year to schedule. Plan your wedding for June, July, or August during Seattle's nicest weather. Call us to schedule a tour and meet with us so we can fulfill all of your wedding needs. Harmony Dining Hall comfortably seats up to 60 people and the Exercise Room across the lobby works great for the ceremony. We've just installed a new PA system. Let us know your wishes and we'll do our best to fulfill your dreams!
Harmony Dining Hall comfortably seats up to 60-100 people. We offer five different break-out rooms, perfect for small business meetings of three to forty-five people. Renting our Conference Center and Break-Out Rooms creates a good income stream to help support the Center.

Harmony Dining Hall
2016 Rental Rate: $40 per Hour
Capacity: 100 people
Includes Wi-Fi, microphone, speaker system, one upright piano, projector screen and projector upon request.
2016 Rental Rate: $50 per Hour
Capacity: 3-6 cooks
Includes: Full Chef's Kitchen, Dishwasher, Chef's Stove, Serving Station, Cooking Tools, Dining Settings, and more. Many renters enjoy renting both our Kitchen and Dining Hall at the same time for events.
Board Meeting Room
2016 Rental Rate: $25 per Hour
Capacity: 10-20 people
Includes Wi-Fi, large screen television, DVD player, VHS player, white board, and projector upon request.
Opal Hendricks Class Room
2016 Rental Rate: $20 per Hour
Capacity: 10-12 people
Includes Wi-Fi, large flat screen television, DVD player, white board, and projector upon request.
Paul Teel Craft Room
2016 Rental Rate: $25 per Hour
Capacity: 20-45 people
Includes artist's sink, Wi-Fi, white board and projector upon request.
Exercise Class Room
2016 Rental Rate: $30 per Hour
Includes Wi-Fi, projector screen and projector upon request. Also includes outside door.
Social Services Class Room
2016 Rental Rate: $15 per Hour
Capacity: 6-8 people
Does not include Wi-Fi.
Reservation and Deposit Policy
All rentals rentals must have a $250 damage deposit on file throughout their rental. If you leave it as you find it – it is refundable. This is a non-custodial building, you will be given a code to a lock box outside.
